Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the dog daycare services provided by Little Paws Play School at U2/14 Thornborough Road, Greenfields, WA, 6210. By enrolling your dog in our daycare services, you (“Owner” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs at our facility, the following conditions must be met:

Age Requirements: Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old.

Puppies under 12 weeks are not eligible for daycare services.

Vaccinations: All dogs must have current vaccinations, including but not limited to:

• * C5
• * Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to the first daycare visit and upon request thereafter. If a dog has not received appropriate vaccinations, daycare services may be denied.

Health: Dogs must be in good health and free of parasites, including fleas and ticks. If your dog shows signs of illness or discomfort (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing), we reserve the right to refuse service or send dogs home.

It is the responsibility of the dog owner to inform the daycare of any health concerns, allergies, or special needs prior to each visit.

Behaviour: Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialised with other dogs.

Aggressive or overly dominant behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in termination of services. If your dog exhibits persistent aggression or disruptive behaviour, we may recommend behaviour training before returning to daycare.

Registration and Reservation

Initial Registration: All new clients must complete a comprehensive enrolment form, including details about their dog’s behavior, medical history, emergency contacts, and other relevant information. This form must be completed and approved by Little Paws Play School prior to any services being provided.

Reservations: Reservations for daycare must be made in advance through our booking system or by phone. Services are subject to availability.

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Dogs must be dropped off and picked up during designated hours.

Drop-off Time – from 7am till 9am

Pick-up Time – from 3pm till 5.45pm.

Please note that dogs collected after 1800pm will incur a fee of $20 per 10minutes late

Liability

Dog owners assume full responsibility for their dog’s behavior and any damages caused by their dog while at the daycare facility.

The daycare is not responsible for loss, injury, or death to dogs due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment and Cancellations

Payments are due at the time of drop-off or in accordance with the daycare’s billing cycle.

The daycare reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Privacy and Data Protection

The daycare will maintain confidentiality regarding personal information provided by the owner.

Photographs or videos of your dog may be taken for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

By enrolling your dog, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.

Desexing

All male dogs attending Little Paws Playschool are required to be desexed by two (2) years of age, unless otherwise agreed at our discretion.

Social Behaviour & Temperament

All dogs must be social and suitable for a group daycare environment.

Behaviour including aggression, persistent anti-social behaviour, or conduct that poses a risk to other dogs or staff may result in refusal of attendance, suspension, or removal from care.

Females in Heat

Female dogs in season (on heat) are not permitted to attend daycare. Dogs may return only once bleeding has completely stopped and all signs of being in season have ceased, as determined by Little Paws Playschool.

Right to Refuse or Remove a Dog

Little Paws Playschool reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse attendance, suspend, or remove a dog from care if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog, other dogs, staff, or the safe operation of the daycare.

Veterinary Care

In the event a dog requires veterinary attention, Little Paws Playschool will make reasonable attempts to contact the owner or nominated emergency contact. Where urgent treatment is required and contact cannot be made, Little Paws Playschool is authorised to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary. All veterinary costs incurred are the responsibility of the dog’s owner.
